AI research and deployment company
OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company working toward general-purpose artificial intelligence that benefits everyone. It pushes the boundaries of what AI systems can do and deploys them through its own products, treating capability and safe deployment as things that have to advance together rather than in sequence. ChatGPT is its clearest product so far, and current hiring spans product, GTM, data & analytics, and business operations roles. Building a system meant to serve all of humanity requires the perspectives and experience of a wide range of people doing the building, which shapes how the company hires as much as what it ships.
