OneSchema

AI document automation for enterprises

OneSchema builds an AI platform that automates pulling data out of documents, eliminating the manual data entry that still runs through thousands of large enterprises. The opportunity is large because the vast majority of enterprise data lives in unstructured formats such as spreadsheets, PDFs and other files rather than in clean systems. Customers range from public companies like Toast and Dayforce to fast-growing startups such as Ramp and Vanta. OneSchema is headquartered in San Francisco and runs an intense, fast-moving culture in which employees are expected to operate autonomously and take on significant responsibility early.
