On-demand expert network
Office Hours is an on-demand expert network connecting organisations with trusted experts across knowledge domains, where experts earn income through advisory work, projects and AI model training. The platform handles screening, compliance, scheduling and payments behind the scenes — that administrative layer being precisely what makes expert networks operationally hard, since compliance failures in this business are consequential. AI model training has become a substantial new source of demand for the same expertise. The company is profitable and growing quickly, headquartered in San Francisco with additional offices.
