Odin

Platform for running private investment firms

Odin is infrastructure for private markets, built on the view that capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world and that far more people should be able to deploy it. Its first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms, handling legals, investor onboarding, KYC and AML, payments, tax, reporting and exits — the administrative floor that has historically made small funds uneconomic to operate. Already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs and founders, Odin administers more than $500 million in assets.
