Its mission is nurturing the next generation of purposeful changemakers, and the maker-driven approach is the substantive choice — young children learn engineering by building things rather than by being taught about building, which is harder to deliver consistently than a curriculum. The organisation is growing quickly and is currently building out senior leadership capacity to support that expansion.
