Nium

Cross-border payments infrastructure

Nium provides the payments infrastructure banks, fintechs and businesses use to collect, convert and disburse money instantly across borders. Its card issuance business is live in 34 countries, and it holds regulatory licences and authorisations in more than 40, which is what lets customers onboard, integrate and stay compliant without solving each jurisdiction separately themselves. Holding those licences directly is the difference between a payments network and a reseller of one. The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 33 nationalities across 18 countries and over 10 office locations.
