NETGEAR

Networking hardware and connectivity

NETGEAR designs networking products for homes and businesses, covering the equipment that connects people and powers small business operations. Its stated mission is unlocking the potential of connectivity through intelligent solutions that both delight and protect — the second half increasingly being the harder problem, as home and small-office networks became attack surfaces without their owners acquiring any means of defending them. The company is performance-driven and organises around a set of values emphasising transformation, customer delight, direct communication and collective ownership of outcomes.
