Physics-based digital twins of power grids

Neara uses machine learning to build engineering-grade, physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids across four continents, covering millions of kilometres of infrastructure. Utilities use them to stress-test a network against a hurricane or thunderstorm before the weather arrives, simulating structural stress at a scale physical inspection cannot reach. That lets asset owners pinpoint risk and direct investment toward the spans that will actually fail, rather than spreading maintenance evenly across a network where most of it is fine. The same simulation work also accelerates data classification and complex scenario analysis for the world's largest grid operators.
