Mytos

Automated robotic manufacturing for cell therapies

Mytos builds fully automated manufacturing sites for cell therapies, using custom robotics to produce treatments at a scale and cost that make them available to millions of patients worldwide. Mytos has announced partnerships covering several therapeutic areas, including Parkinson's disease, hearing loss and bone repair, and it expects neurons grown on its machines to be implanted in the brains of Parkinson's patients within 12 to 18 months. Its team pairs former Dyson engineers with scientists who have published in Nature, and its advisors include a former Revolut CFO, a former director of manufacturing at Apple and a former vice president of operations at Carbon3D.
