Monumint

Voice AI agents for banks and lenders

Monumint sells voice AI agents to banks, credit unions and lenders. The agents handle customer conversations at every stage of a financial relationship — opening accounts, originating loans, servicing them and collecting on them — across several channels, and they carry out tasks directly in the software an institution already runs, with compliance built in from the start. Some of the country's largest lenders are partners, and the agents have handled more than five million customer interactions. The goal is to give every customer the kind of long-term relationship that banking has always depended on but could never offer at scale.
