Metriport

Medical data exchange infrastructure for US healthcare

Metriport gives healthcare providers a single, clean view of patient records pulled from thousands of legacy systems. Exchanging medical data remains one of the hardest unsolved problems in U.S. healthcare, and Metriport handles each step itself: connecting to the sources, converting raw records that cannot be used as they arrive into one consistent format, and surfacing insight for care teams and the AI agents that assist them. Retrieval that once took weeks happens in seconds, so a clinician can walk into an appointment already holding the patient's full history. More than 100 customers use it, including Amazon One Medical, Circle Medical, Color Health and Strive Health, and the company aims to become the system of record for U.S. healthcare. Its small team, mostly former founders, is generally expected to be available six days a week.
