Mentimeter makes software that lets leaders collect live responses from the people they address and then analyses that input to suggest how they can lead better. Started in Stockholm in 2012, it now reaches about 20 million users a month at 1.3 million organizations, and its lifetime user count exceeds 300 million. The company's long-term target is to reach a billion people. Internally, the idea of giving everyone a say also shapes how its own teams are organized.
