Medely

On-demand marketplace for healthcare staffing

Medely runs an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools for healthcare work, letting professionals access high-paying shifts with the freedom to choose when and where they work. Healthcare staffing has traditionally run through agencies that sit between the facility and the clinician, adding cost and delay to what is fundamentally a matching problem. Medely connects the two sides directly, reshaping how workers and facilities coordinate to cover patient care. The company operates as a fully remote team working across a fast-expanding segment of healthcare.
