Maybern

Fund management software for private funds

Maybern builds fund management software for private fund managers, founded by engineering experts with deep knowledge of the space. Private funds manage $15 trillion in capital and grow around 20% annually, but rising regulatory scrutiny and investor demands for transparency have made the CFO's job substantially harder — waterfall calculations and capital account reporting that once lived in spreadsheets now have to withstand scrutiny. The company equips fund managers with intuitive, flexible software built specifically for how these vehicles actually operate.
