Matchii

AI-native marketplace for hiring agencies

Matchii is a marketplace for hiring agencies, built on matching rather than browsing. Hiring an agency conventionally means collecting twenty or more quotes and spending dozens of hours vetting them, with a final choice that often comes down to instinct. Matchii replaces that with a description of the work and a matched team. It runs as two products on one platform: the matched marketplace for buyers, and an operating system agencies use to run their own business. Underneath both sits a dataset of real services pricing and outcomes that makes each successive match better informed.
