The company is building an operating system, run by agents, for industries that work in the physical world. A restaurant produces a constant stream of information, about stock on the shelf, deliveries, waste and shortfalls during service, but none of it arrives in a form a database can store. Marble captures that ground truth, forecasts demand from shifting signals such as weather, game schedules and nearby promotions, and then lets agents act on both: placing orders, setting prep quantities, building staff schedules and disputing invoices, with people approving the output. Its founders have spent decades in the restaurant business and have shipped AI and machine learning systems at very large institutions.
