Voice AI agents for restaurants

Maple builds AI agents that answer calls, take orders, book appointments and handle real customer interactions over natural voice for restaurants. The deeper work is automated ontologies that model how a business actually operates — its services, workflows, constraints and language — so an agent adapts to the business instantly rather than requiring the business to restructure itself around the software. That inversion is the whole design principle. The company has many customers, strong revenue growth and years of runway, and expects engineers to talk to users and ship quickly.
