MadeThis

AI employees deployed inside company workflows

MadeThis builds AI employees that operate inside the software a company already uses, drawing on the company's own knowledge and processes to complete work in sales, customer support and operations. A deployment starts with choosing the work a customer wants automated; MadeThis then connects to the customer's systems, records how the team actually does that work and sets up AI employees around those workflows. It is building an enterprise business. The team's background includes building forward-deployed engineering at RunPod, scaling a consumer AI app past a million users, selling to hundreds of direct-to-consumer brands and product management at Turing.com.
