Luminovo

Electronics supply chain platform

Luminovo built the first electronics supply chain platform to unite the data, processes and stakeholders scattered across a trillion-dollar industry. Bringing new electronics to market is slow and expensive largely because that chain is disconnected, so the company works on making it both more connected and more resilient. More than 300 active customers worldwide use the platform. It is remote-first with a headquarters in Munich, and its team is spread across Munich, New York, Austin, Calgary, Berlin, London, Valencia, Nairobi and Verona among others. It has also removed requirements from its own performance profiles, hiring on motivation and ability rather than credentials.
