Customer teams write the logic, meaning agents, skills, tools, jobs, webhooks and guardrails, and Lua runs what sits underneath: infrastructure, orchestration across several model providers, data, monitoring, and channels including WhatsApp, Slack, email, Instagram, Messenger, a voice-capable web widget and an HTTP API. Whatever a business builds stays its property. Its customers are market leaders in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia, from national supermarket chains, regional banks and insurers to listed conglomerates, hospitality groups and heritage-site operators, and want to become AI-native on the systems they already run. The team is around 15 people.
