Consumer credit technology
Lendable builds consumer credit products in the UK, aiming to get people credit and help them save money through technology rather than legacy underwriting. It has rebuilt the three core consumer finance products from scratch — loans, credit cards and car finance — and gets money into customers' hands in minutes rather than days. The company has just over 700 people, has been profitable since 2017, and holds some of the strongest customer reviews in its market, at 4.9 across tens of thousands of Trustpilot ratings. It is now expanding from the UK into the US.
