Leap

Employer specialty pharmacy benefits

Leap is a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy, reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed so patients get treatment while employers get fair pricing. Specialty drugs and infusions account for nearly 10% of all healthcare spending and are the fastest-growing cost category employers face, largely because the pricing is opaque enough that nobody can identify what they are actually paying for. Leap eliminates hidden markups, expands access to high-quality infusion providers and brings clarity to how therapies are priced. It partners with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading third-party administrators.
