Autonomous AI agents for hotel operations

Lance sells AI agents to hotels that take routine operational work off their staff. More than 50 properties in the United States use it, among them hotels under the Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt brands. The agents answer phone calls, close sales and run operational workflows, freeing employees to spend their time with guests. They are built on computer-use agent technology: they work within the software a hotel already runs, make decisions as situations unfold and complete tasks that take several steps.
