Ladder

Coach-led strength training app

Ladder is the top-ranked iOS strength and conditioning app, delivering custom weekly workout plans with in-workout coaching, progress tracking and a tight-knit community. Programmes are built around coach-led teams rather than solo tracking, which is what produces the retention behind its unit economics — people return for a coach and a group in a category where most apps are abandoned within weeks. It holds 4.9 stars across more than 100,000 ratings, was a finalist for Apple's 2025 App of the Year, and has grown from $3M in 2023 to $90M ARR. Headquartered in Austin.
