Kustomer is a conversational CRM platform combining AI and automation, no-code configuration and a connected data layer that unifies information from multiple sources into a single customer timeline. The timeline is the design decision that matters: an agent seeing every prior interaction in one sequence can resolve an issue without asking the customer to repeat themselves, which is the most common failure in support. Leading service brands including Sweetgreen, Starz, Vuori, Resy and Cotopaxi run on it. The company was founded in 2015 by serial entrepreneurs Brad Birnbaum and Jeremy Suriel.
