Kojo

Materials procurement for commercial construction

Kojo transforms how commercial construction companies buy materials, making buildings cheaper and easier to build. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in annual global spend and produces the roads, schools, hospitals and offices everyone depends on, yet there has been almost no innovation in seventy years in how materials are purchased — despite materials constituting up to 40% of project costs. Founded in 2018, Kojo is now among the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world, working on a sector central to housing supply, infrastructure renewal and climate adaptation.
