Kodex

Secure handling of legal data requests

Kodex transforms how organisations handle sensitive subpoenas and data requests from law enforcement and government agencies, converting a manual and legally fraught process into a streamlined digital workflow. The risk on both sides is real: companies must verify that a requestor is genuine and authorised before disclosing user data, and doing that by email does not scale. Founded by a former FBI agent, Kodex has become the industry standard, supporting over 15,000 government agencies across 190 countries and trusted by Coinbase, Stripe and AT&T.
