Keye

AI due diligence analyst for private equity

Keye builds an AI analyst for private equity firms, designed around the demanding work of deal due diligence rather than general-purpose chat. Investment teams run deals through the platform to draw on an extensive library of diligence methods and best practices assembled from more than a decade of hands-on investing, and its analysis engine helps them spot promising opportunities early and move faster on the deals worth pursuing. Within months of launch, Keye was working with 40% of the 25 largest PE firms, which together manage over $1.7 trillion, and it grew 600% over six months. The team combines investors and engineers from Vista Equity Partners, Permira, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey and Tesla.
