Kafene

Point-of-sale lease-to-own financing

Kafene makes flexible lease-to-own financing available at the point of sale to both prime and non-prime customers, using AI and machine learning that analyses more than 20,000 data inputs in real time so retailers across furniture, appliances, electronics, tires and durable goods can approve more customers. Breadth of data is what makes approving non-prime customers viable rather than reckless — conventional credit files simply do not contain enough signal about that population. The company has surpassed $500 million in sales, with a 150-person team across New York, Wilmington and remote.
