Jushi

Cannabis cultivation and retail

Jushi operates in the cannabis industry, which it describes as the fastest-growing jobs sector in the United States, running cultivation and infused product manufacturing alongside retail. Production work involves following standard operating procedures precisely to ensure accuracy, quality and regulatory compliance — the regulatory dimension being unusually demanding here, since state cannabis rules govern weighing, labelling and traceability at a level of detail most food manufacturing does not face. The company is publicly listed and contributes to developing new infused products alongside its existing lines.
