Enterprise workflow automation

Jinba builds a workflow automation platform sold into enterprises across finance, insurance and manufacturing — sectors where processes are complex, heavily governed and rarely documented in one place, which is what makes automating them valuable and difficult in equal measure. Deals in this market require building relationships across IT, operations and executive leadership simultaneously, since each holds a veto. The company is at the stage of establishing its commercial motion, with early sales hires shaping how it sells as it scales.
