AI agents automating real estate accounting

IronLedger builds AI agents that take over accounting work for owners and managers of real estate, a market holding more than $2.6 trillion in assets. The first two products are corporate cards whose expenses file themselves and invoice processing that runs without manual handling. Behind them sits a staffing problem: accounts payable specialists and accountants cost over $100,000 a year, around three quarters of CPAs are due to retire within eight years, and property managers turn over at about 30% annually. Automating the back office is IronLedger's first step toward lowering the cost of managing housing. The company has an office in New York City.
