E-invoicing compliance API for global platforms

Governments are moving to mandatory real-time reporting of invoices to tax authorities — over 40 countries, including every EU member state, will soon require it — so any business selling internationally needs a way to comply. Invopop focuses on vertical SaaS companies, marketplaces and fintechs, and it grew annual recurring revenue tenfold in 2025, largely on inbound enterprise demand. Compliance is its starting point; the company intends to expand into the wider ERP market. It was founded by Sam Lown, previously co-founder and CTO of Cabify, and Juan Moliner, formerly of BCG, and is based in Madrid.
