QA and coaching for human and AI support agents

Intryc builds a quality assurance and training platform for customer experience teams that run both human agents and AI agents. Companies use it to score tickets, calls, chats and emails automatically, spot trends far faster than manual review allows, and turn each finding into targeted coaching. Customers range from enterprises to fast-growing startups, including Deel, MaintainX, Preply, Blueground, Fyxer AI and Ziina. The longer goal is a single performance standard for a blended workforce, where every customer conversation is measured and improved regardless of whether a person or a model handled it. The team includes former support operators from Meta, Amazon, Revolut, Confluent and Twitter, and the company is expanding from its San Francisco headquarters as U.S. demand grows.
