Included Health

Virtual care and healthcare navigation

Included Health delivers integrated virtual care alongside navigation, combining the care itself with the work of getting someone to the right place for it. Coverage spans acute and chronic conditions and behavioural as well as physical health, so a member does not need to work out which category their problem belongs to before asking for help. The company works to reach people in every community, wherever they are in a health journey and whatever type of care they need. Raising the standard of healthcare for everyone, rather than only for the already well-served, is the goal it measures against.
