Humaans

HR infrastructure for fast-scaling companies

Humaans builds people infrastructure for companies scaling quickly and operating across countries. What began as a system of record has become a platform for running people operations globally, and its agentic AI layer, Athena, extends it from managing data into orchestrating work — connecting processes across HR, IT, finance and operations so that a change in one propagates rather than waiting to be re-entered. Customers range from AI-native companies including Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI and Tandem Health to established organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, among them Quantexa, Manychat, Gigs and Croud.
