HONK built the marketplace, dispatch engine and data infrastructure connecting drivers needing roadside assistance with the providers who can reach them. Dispatch is the technically demanding part: matching a stranded vehicle to the nearest capable truck in real time is a live logistics problem where every minute is felt by someone at the roadside. The company is private-equity backed, scaling quickly and investing aggressively in automation and AI, building an analytical function that models the underlying drivers of the business to guide investment decisions.
