HiringCafe

Job search engine without ads or paid placement

HiringCafe is building a job search engine that indexes millions of listings, strips out noise, ranks what actually matters and helps people find real opportunities without dark patterns, advertising or pay-to-win placement. That last constraint is the whole product: incumbent job boards monetise employer placement, which structurally works against the person searching. The company is funded by top-tier Silicon Valley investors alongside angels who were formerly leadership at Indeed and ZipRecruiter, and grew from zero to more than a million monthly active users in twelve months with no marketing budget.
