HHAeXchange

Homecare management platform

HHAeXchange builds an end-to-end homecare platform connecting the parties that have to coordinate for home-based care to function: patients, personal care providers, managed care organisations and state agencies. Those four rarely share systems, and the gaps between them are where authorisations stall and visits go unbilled. Founded in 2008, the company's purpose is helping people who are ageing or living with disabilities remain in their own homes and communities rather than entering institutional care, which depends on that coordination working reliably.
