Hey Telo

Voice AI agents for trades businesses

Hey Telo builds voice AI agents for skilled trades businesses in Germany, whose owners lose hours each day to phone calls and paperwork instead of doing the work they are trained for. Its agents answer incoming calls, coordinate jobs and manage communication with customers, handing that time back to the tradespeople. The product is live, used by more than 200 trades businesses, and growing about 40% month over month, with new customers joining every week. Hey Telo is going after a large domestic trades market that has so far adopted little technology. The team works together in person from its office in Munich.
