Help Scout

Customer support platform

Help Scout began in 2011 on the premise that support software should treat customers as people rather than tickets — a distinction that shapes the entire product, since ticket-centric systems optimise for closure rates rather than resolution. Three billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use it to maintain relationships with customers, clients and patients. The company is now building AI that gives support teams more room to focus on the experience itself, while rethinking how it operates in an AI-native way. It has been fully remote since day one with over 120 teammates worldwide.
