Within 18 months its products had handled the administrative load of 73 million patient visits, and they now support more than 2.5 million patient sessions each week in over 190 countries. Heidi builds for the working day clinicians actually have, twenty patients before lunch included, rather than an idealised workflow. Staff set their own schedules and are measured on outcomes.
