HappyRobot builds the infrastructure enterprises use to create and orchestrate AI workforces. Its AI workers do more than communicate: they make decisions, take action and run operations autonomously across voice, email and the enterprise systems a company already has. HappyRobot started in logistics and built its own voice stack, models and orchestration layer from the ground up, and now applies that infrastructure to enterprises running the operational backbone of the physical economy, where an AI system's mistakes carry real consequences. Internally it emphasises craftsmanship and ownership — fixing what needs fixing rather than passing it along, and giving feedback directly but with care.
