Great Question

All-in-one AI customer research platform

Great Question is an AI platform that handles customer research from end to end. Teams find and recruit participants, conduct their studies and circulate what they learn without leaving the product. The people it serves are researchers, designers and product managers, at companies including Gusto, Experian, Canva and Brex. Inside the company, everyone is expected to use AI in their own work, whether that means writing, design, code or analysis, and to push past efficiency toward things that were not possible before.
