AI customer operations for financial services
Gradient Labs builds an AI customer operations platform for financial services, running specialist agents purpose-built for the sector to eliminate manual work across customer support and back-office operations. Because the domain is regulated, the agents are paired with tooling that gives product and operations teams the visibility and control to trust every individual outcome, rather than asking them to accept an aggregate accuracy figure from an opaque model. Founded in 2023, the company now works with some of the largest names in banking and fintech.
