Gigaton builds autonomous AI control and optimisation systems that learn and apply the physics of manufacturing, running heavy industrial plants — cement, steel and glass — more efficiently, more stably and with lower emissions in real time. Those sectors are among the largest emitters and the hardest to decarbonise, because the emissions come from the process chemistry rather than only the energy input, which makes efficiency gains the available lever. The team of scientists, engineers and operators cares about deep technology but cares more about whether it delivers measurable cost and carbon impact in a live plant.
