Giga

Real-time AI agents for enterprise customer support

Giga makes real-time AI agents for enterprise customer experience, able to read emotion in a conversation and settle problems on the spot. Toast is among the large companies that trust it with their hardest support and operations work over phone, chat and email, often in regulated settings where accuracy and compliance are critical, and Giga has also partnered with DoorDash. Its technology spans foundation models, inference infrastructure and the agent layer built on top, with voice at the centre. Having already found commercial success, Giga intends to grow beyond support into a broad AI platform for enterprise automation, and its work touches millions of people every day.
