Forma

Flexible employee benefits platform

Forma runs a global lifestyle benefits platform built against the standard one-size-fits-all model, where companies spend millions annually on benefits employees neither value nor use. Employees get allowances they choose how to spend, while employers get a competitive package at lower cost, and HR and total rewards teams stop managing a stack of separate point solutions. The product suite covers lifestyle spending accounts, health savings accounts, health reimbursement arrangements and flexible spending accounts, all designed and delivered through one platform. Employees spend through the Forma Store, the Forma Visa Card, or by claiming reimbursement. Founded in 2017, it serves companies including Stripe, UKG, lululemon and Tripadvisor, covering close to a million employees worldwide.
