Fleetzero develops electric and hybrid propulsion systems for commercial vessels, selling complex high-value electrification directly to ship owners and operators. Maritime is among the hardest sectors to decarbonise because vessels operate for decades and voyages are long enough that battery energy density is a genuine constraint rather than an engineering detail. The company works closely between engineering and commercial teams to translate a customer's operational requirements into deployed systems, running the full process from technical qualification through deal structuring to installation.
