FirstWork

AI agents for frontline workforce operations

Firstwork builds AI agents that take charge of frontline workforce operations from start to finish. Getting a frontline worker started involves screening, right-to-work checks, contracts, onboarding and scheduling, steps usually spread across different systems and joined by hundreds of manual decisions, so millions of people ready to work are left waiting. Firstwork's agents run forward-deployed inside each customer's own operation, and every month they activate hundreds of thousands of workers worldwide for some of the largest employers and staffing firms.
